To Brighter Things (Pony Only, NSFW, Private)

This is a roleplay between myself and Faye Darkblood, of which my character Mythos Gray purchased a slave to then have her be his maid. Yet, things are not for the masses she expects and life may well lead to brighter things.  

 
Mythos was at the auction house, ready to bid. It was a distasteful place but one where he felt good could be done. It was a secret slave auction among the less upstanding members Canterlot elite, its rich and powerful with even a few trusted guest bidders from outside the city and even Equestria.
 
One may ask why the stallion was even there, giving his personal feelings of these auctions, yet Mythos had considered that until such a time that the Royal Sisters and the guard could root out the heart this slavery… he could at leastplay his part in saving a few at a time.
 
The grey unicorn was not the only one, but all such bidders must avoid being found out or loss access to the auctions and even their status. Soon, the bidding would start and Mythos would have to pick carefully. Still, making such choices could be difficult, and there was a few times he was unable to save a slave in greatest need.
 
“I shall do what I can,” Mythos whispers to himself, softly enough none nearby could hear.

Soon enough the lights turned on, shining directly as the stage, a white mare walked up as she was in her mid 30s, she was a used servant touched by many of her masters, but she was sold quickly. She gave a small smile and walked off their stage.
 
One by one, mares, stallions, even fillys and colts filled the stage eventually being sold. They all walked off the stage none of them showing a face of sadness or plead.
 
halfway though the auction stepped up a small more, she was extremely skinny as she has not been fed, she then signed looking down at the stage with a look of neglect. “Ah… “ the Auctioneer said with a disgusted tone “This is One of our newest addition to the market, her name is Faye, she was a born a servant raised only two male her master or mistress happy, starting bid is 300 bits

Though the sight of seeing even young fillies and colts being sold at the auction pained him, Mythos steeled himself and allowed them to be sold. Though he was numbered among the wealthy and the elite, the stallion did not have unlimited funds. The grey unicorn reminded himself that he had to show patience, wait for the moment that insinct offered when to act.
 
When this moment came, as Faye was brought onto the stage and introduced with that tone of disgust from the Auctioneer as well the low bid, Mythos would raise his sign showing 2,000 bits. He would smile, putting forth his persona that others there would know well, as his eyes fell upon the mare on stage.

“I got 2000 bits on the mare” the auctioneer quickly said “2050” slowly the price has gotten higher
 
The mare continued to look down at the floor as she lowered her ears as the stallions continued to bid on her, she caught a small glimpse of mythos but she looked down quickly,
 
“I think this will even set the price higher” he grabbed his whip that was attached to his belt and hit the mare as she turned around as her flank and tail was raised
 
“untouched by any stallion”

Mythos would growl softly to himself, never liking it when they use the whip. He would take notice of the one who raised his bid, giving the bidder who offered “2050” before offering “2500”.
 
He would give the mare the dignity of not looking were the auctioneer wanted all to see. Still, her being untouched, if such was true, could mean there was still time to make sure this was a positive not negative experiance for her.

“2500 bits! “ the auctioneer said with a cheerful grin, nopony else raised their bid, Faye then sighed as she walk slowly off the stage and into the curtains
 
“congratulations sir, no pay up would you? The mare will be given too you as soon as you leave,” the auctioneer held his hoof out

“Yes, I can pay up front,” Mythos says, shaking the hoof offered while pulling out the bag of bits with his magic. He had already counted them out, so offered the bag to the Auctioneer. Secretly the grey unicorn felt nothing but disgust for the stallion, but kept a small smile on his face.
 
He noticed an older mare named Sourbloom leading what would seem to be the majority of the fillies and colts, which led Mythos to offer a much more genuine smile as he felt assured that they would be taken care of. Looking back to the Auctioneer, he says, “I will be leaving now. May you lead me to her now.”

the auctioneer quickly grabbed the sack as he quickly whistled as one of the guards stepped. Up he was a muscular stallion, he then quickly pointed to the exit “go there and take a left the mare will be there”
 
The auctioneer quickly said as he was happy with the bits in his hoof”enjoy your slave is very rare when we get Virgin ones”

Mythos would nod, considering briefly the large stallion that was about a yard but otherwise simply says, “Thank you.”
 
The grey unicorn’s face briefly hardened, a frown appearing for just a moment at the Auctioneer’s words. Thankfully Mythos had already turned away, allowing his expression to be unseen as he replies with a chuckle, “Oh, I can assure that I very much well enjoy her.”
 
He ever so slightly increases his step so to move away from the Auctioneer more quickly as he made his way to the mare that was now under his care. Mythos calmed himself, allowing for him to prepare a reassuring smile for when he met Faye.

Faye was with the unclaimed slaves She was talking to a small filly as she gave her hugs trying to calm the young one “Shh darling it will be okay… You’ll see me again, I promise”
 
Faye wore a diamond collar around her neck as she was branded where her cutie mark should be, even though she was skinny she looked pretty good,
 
Once she noticed he’d new master she slowly put down the filly with a small sigh, as she reached down to hold her leash with her mouth*

Mythos considered the mare and filly, concern grew in his guy. Looking to Faye, his expression serious, he asks softly, “Who is this filly to you, is she important?” The last thing he want is to break up family.
 
For the moment the grey unicorn at ignored the leash. His mind jumping to the consideration that the filly was Faye’s sister, or even daughter and that the Auctioneer had lied. Mythos eyes moved from the mare to the filly as he asks, “Is Faye important to you?”

The small filly looked nothing like Faye, she was a tan filly with a brown mane, she looked up at mythos with big blue eyes as she nodded hugging faye “my mommy is everything to me… “
 
Faye gave a small sigh as she looked at mythos with eyes of disgust, then it soon changed to eyes of sorrow, her ears dropping back with a small groan “she’s not my. Daughter…. But I consider her mine, she got separated from her parents… And I raised her ever since.. “

“Hmm, I see,” the grey unicorn leads Faye a little way from the filly, before moving his muzzle close to one ear. Mythos have to be careful, as what he was about to suggest was not something he normally offered, given the risk.
 
“Though it may take some convincing for the one who purchased the filly to give her up,” Mythos says softly, so only the mare could hear him, before continuing with the question, “Would you want me to try and acquire her?”
 
“I promise no harm will come to her, nor will I do anything improper towards her,” the stallion assures softly, lifting Faye’s chin to say looking into her eyes, “I swear.”

Faye the quickly nodded as she looked up at mythos, dropping her leash as she looked at them small filly… “please… If I lose her… I’ll be broken for the rest of my life” she then looked down and fiddled with her hoofs “though the stallion who bought her is a hoarder when it comes to Mares

Mythos nods, before taking Faye’s leash and walking towards the filly saying softly with a friendly smile, “Lets see if we can’t change who you will be going home will lttle one.”
 
With such, the grey stallion looks around and waits for whoever had purchased the filly. Mythos making certain his expression completely hide his true intentions, his small smile more like that of those with less savory character.

The film gave a nod as crawled under faye as she then gave a soft sigh, faye looked yo at her master with a worried look “what if it doesn’t work…

“I’ll make an offer he can’t refuse,” Mythos says simply, softly with a determined nod and half smile. Again, he reminded himself of the risk but he knew that it was too late to back out.
 
Thankfully, he happened to know many things among those of the elite and wealthy. If there was one thing he was really good at, it was that of the secrets and lives of others.

Faye gave a small nod as she looked down at the filly with a soft purr nuzzling the young one from time to time, she gave up a soft sigh “thank you… “
 
They had to wait a while due to how many slaves where being auctioned, but soon enough a large stallion came with a small whistle and hum ready to claim his servants

His smile growing, Mythos would step towards the large stallion saying, “Greetings, many slaves this time around? Always one eager to add to your collection.” He offers a nod as well a hoof for the stallion to shake.
 
Cool and confident, despite the stallion being larger than himself, the grey unicorn would get down to business saying, “Though I did not take notice of her during the auction proper.” Mythos waves his hoof to the filly before continuing, “I would like discuss acquire this slave from you.”
 
Chuckling, looking to the filly with a look that suggests more than actually there he asks softly in a more conspiratorial tone, “Might I offer double what you paid for her? She is such a lovely little thing.”

The stallion shook Mythos’s hoof with a tight grip as he looked down at the gray unicorn as she looked at the filly with his red eyes thinking for a moment, he was a unicorn himself.
 
“Well… The filly over there was supposed to me my toy in the future when she was grown,… Make it triple and you have yourself a deal” his thunderous voice stopped as he grinned

Does his expression did not change, interally Mythos’ reaction was mixed. In the one hoof he felt himself mentally sigh, yet on the other he felt disgust and anger that the stallion had such plans for the filly.
 
His smile growing, the grey unicorn says, “Of course, that won’t be an issue.” Mythos, with a flash of his horn, has appears a bag of bits which looked like it held easily more than enough.
 
Keeping hold of the bag with his magic, Mythos says before giving it to the stallion, “This is easily around double the highest bid. So I do believe this will cover the cost.”
