Alias "one hoof raised" into "raised hoof"

One hoof raised (593) -> raised hoof (32839)  
They seem to be the same thing, and the latter is more established.

There’s also lifted hoof (86). This was either created because someone didn’t know “raised hoof” or in order to have different tags for a hoof lifted off the ground or one raised in the air. However, most “raised hoof” tags seem to describe the former, and they’re so many that retagging may be out of question.
