I’m pretty sure she did it that way on purpose, since she’s posted on the new blog that she wants to move away from the Momomistress branding in part because she was getting confused by a lot of people for creepy stuff with similar names. Deviantart automatically redirects after name changes, but Tumblr doesn’t if you delete a blog; I registered momomistress.tumblr.com myself and sent her the password just to keep scumbags from camping it and misrepresenting themselves as her– there’s a cottage industry on Tumblr of neo-nazi wannabes and jagoff trolls getting blogs deleted and snatching up the URL before it can get restored so they can fill them with hateful garbage– so if she doesn’t set it up to redirect, it’s because she doesn’t want it to.

They’ve moved their DA page here and deactivated their old one, their new DA and old FA link to each other, so it’s the real deal. The old “karkat-is-hamtaro” name is no longer used anywhere.

are asking to attach a patreon link to their tag descriptions. Doing it manually is inconvenient as none of them but KirillK have accounts _{and also derpi is blocked where they live}

If they can’t use Derpibooru, then why do they need Patreon links on their artist tags? People can get Patreon links from Deviantart or wherever. Follow the trail.

Inkscapism is probably just looking to promote these artists a little more. I think it would be a good idea to include the link in the artist descriptions. However, two of the four artists (KirillK and Lex2dot0) already have the link included on their images, and Asimos includes it in the image source, so their Patreon account isn’t necessarily hidden.

Many artists have their Patreon as one of their verified links on their profile, which you can find by following the ink on their artist tag.
 
And for artists who have verified profiles here who would like something added to their description, all they have to do is report themselves with a reason of “Other” and let us know what they would like added to their descriptions.
 
For artists who don’t have a verified profile, if they get a verified profile the description can be set up as they would like as a part of the verification, and they can just add another User Link for their Patreon and we can do them as a set.
 
If they don’t want to get a verified profile, however, then we don’t have a process for making sure that the right Patreon is being connected to the right profile or to the right artist tag (which is made a little more difficult because there’s no way to directly contact the owner of a particular Patreon, short of becoming a Patreon), and we get enough people misrepresenting themselves as artists that I’m uncomfortable trying to set up a personal process for that.
