Sweetie Drops aliased to Bon Bon (or vice verser)

I think it might be about time these two are aliased one way or the other. They imply each other, and also are implied by almost literally the same list of tags. They are both for the same pony, so let’s just:
 
Alias Bon Bon into Sweetie Drops (or vice verser)

We have already discussed this before. twice, even, so i’ll quote myself again:

Why not make a new tag “Sweetie Drops(Bon Bon)” and alias them both into that? Then you would keep BOTH names, and not have two tags on literally every image.
 
EDIT: or the other way around, of course. Or even use a slash mark (new, I know) to join the names (since it seems this is more prevalent than I realized, why not make a standard way to give a nod to both names and clean up the mess?).

For that matter, this type of aliasing has already been done with Big Macintosh and Big McIntosh (the show has spelled his name both ways, although they seem settled on the latter now, probably since it isn’t a trademark of Apple Corp).

That’s a different situation. The spelling of a name (both used in official material) doesn’t change how you say the name, unlike here where a character has two different established names. A better example might be Tempest Shadow vs. Fizzlepop Berrytwist which ought to have an implication set up in the same manner.

To be fair, i don’t even know when Fizzlepop Berrytwist is supposed to be used…

It is wildly inconsistent right now but I can think of several uses for it:  
1. When she is seen as a filly, prior to her horn being broken  
2. Reformed, as an adult, as in anything that’s supposed to take place after the end credits  
3. As an adult, with a restored horn
