Any recent stories about Rainbow Dash's non-canon parents?

As you all are aware, the episode Parental Glidance was leaked earlier this month (Thanks, Canada) and finally aired in the US last week, and it finally showed us Rainbow Dash’s parents in-person. Unfortunately, their designs, names, and characters weren’t exactly what the fandom were expecting, but they soon got used to it…and that worries me.
 
I’ve already seen it happen with fanart, so now I need to ask this question: Are there any stories about Rainbow Dash’s fanon parents (either as Rainbow Blaze and Firefly, or any other non-canon pony) left? I’m asking because I don’t want this head-canon to wind up with the same fate as the other head-canons that’ve gone extinct (EX: Gryphon Kingdom, CMC’s non-canon cutie marks, Vinyl Scratch’s voice, etc.). I’d write one myself, but real-life and the fear of it being bashed by fans of canon Rainbow parents have prevented me from doing so.
 
Long story short, have there been any recent fanfics about RD’s fanon parents even though Parental Glidance terminated all head-canons of it?

Welcome to any ongoing series m8. Things will be declared non-canon and people move on to canon. The old stories will still exist if Dash’s actual parents madden you that much and there will be some stragllers who refuse to acknowledge anything in future seasons as canon.

Figures. Sigh What is it with Hasbro having such a hidden hatred for head-canons? Why do they want us all to use their canon in our fanworks?
