As of right now, there’s no definitive info on who Shining and Cadance’s kid will be, if she won’t be Skyla. Chances are she’ll get a toy ad once E25-6 airs. :)

That toy is pretty old by this point, you would think that Hasbro would want to promote something new that they made. So I’m thinking the baby won’t be Skyla at all.
