That would make no sense, the synopsis for the finale say that starlight glimmer obtained a spell what ch could change equestria forever and it’s up to the mane six to stop her, it’s like as if she was born before the events of the season 5 premiere and that she has first learn to time travel just for revenge.

Everypony treats her like dirt because she’s a unicorn, not an alicorn like her mom. That leads to resentment of fate, and the visible mark of fate, the cutie mark.
In the future, the CMC are everywhere, like Filly Scouts, ingrained in the culture. Time travel like Liber8 to a time she thought change was still possible: before the CMC got their marks in helping other ponies find or understand their marks, and start a movement of her own.
That would actually be a pretty cool twist! Not sure how it would exactly fit, as well as why she is this way, but I’d be willing to brainstorm a few ideas…

Relax, I’m just fooling around. I wouldn’t actually do that. After all, this could mean that she could accidentally erase herself from existence. Let’s say Starlight Glimmer really was the daughter of Shining Armor and Cadance and her plan was to prevent the Mane 6 from getting their respective cutie marks. Without the Main 6, the Crystal Empire would be at the mercy of either King Sombra or Queen Chrysalis, and the royal baby would never be conceived in the first place.
Well, that’s pretty dark. Maybe Starlight is trying to prevent a future catastrophe, and don’t forget she’s a beautiful mare. You don’t have a problem with beautiful ponies, do ya? D:
