I guess I just wrote it like that cause when I look at the Glimmer flashback, Sunburst didn’t looked that interested with her (Especially with that game they were playing, he looked so bored).
 
Plus, when he got his Cutie Mark, did he celebrate it with the friend that was next to him? Nope, goes for the parents instead (Even though it was his friend that assisted him in getting said Cutie Mark…)
