Lighting her fuse, pulling her pin, arming her timer, dropping her from a sufficient height (like a bomb from a plane), hooking her up to a bomb detonator, and just getting her really worked up will all set her off in different ways, and her explosions will be different based on how you set her off XD

Okay, so thus far, we have these ways in which she can detonate:

Fuse
Grenade pin
Time bomb interface on her tummy

Am I missing anything? Like, I dunno, can she get super stressed-out and explode too? Does excessive movement set her off, like jumping up and down really fast when she’s excited or accidentally getting run into by another pony?

It just seems more fun to me if there’s a thousand different explosion scenarios xD .

You mean Bob-ombs? No, not really.
Bob-ombs only explode when their fuse is lit and then burns out (or in some games they just explode instantly when hit with a fireball).
Meg here has a bunch of different was she can explode, and unlike the Bob-ombs, she can survive all of them.
