  I’ll tell you exactly what happened and you can be a judge. this is gonna be long post so brace yourself
   
   
  She posted in her journal that she was going to draw many “barber chair” drawings this summer.  
  So she posted the first one on her DA account. its a popular scene that many people like so she got many positive comments.  
  then someone commented on it. said that whats the appeal of this and it was done a million times. ofc she defended her work, saying that she actually like doing it.  
  I commented on him “ @his user name : I can see why many people would like this, and yes it had been done a million times before. but maybe there would be more hidden features in that chair that bottleneckbaby has yet to draw.  
  She replied : the whole reason I wanted to draw this is to expand on this situation and add my take on it.  
  I commented back : oh nice I cannot wait to see your take on it.
   
  Something with that lines I cannot remember the exact word for word.
   
  Later I took my time to read the new version of the House of tomorrow story. I did read the older one back in 2011 on another board. I heard from a friend of mine that she did change the story in the newer one that was in DA art. right when she created it.
   
  after I have done reading it.  
  I posted a comment about a certain aspect that was kinda distracting on the older version. I said I’m glad you get rid of it.  
  she confusedly replayed to me saying. what do you mean that certain aspect was still there in the newer version.
   
  I replayed : oh my bad that I didn’t notice it here. guess you did a better job here, with this newer version that, it wasn’t distracting at all.
   
  then she replayed : why don’t you insult me while you are at it .
   
  ME : how did you interpret that as an insult ? I said you did a good job. this one is better than the original.
   
  Her : well I know English is not your first Lang. but your comment seems to be harsh. like my stuff good for you. if you don’t well I’m a big girl but you don’t have to go say stuff like I’m glad you got rid of it.
   
  Me : Sorry that you felt this way. I totally did not mean to sound harsh. as a matter of fact I was complementing you.  
  If my comments are getting in your way. then I’ll say it again I’m sorry for my inconvenience i caused you and from now on I wont comment on anything.  
  before I take my vow of silence i want to tell you one thing. You are the reason I created this DA account.
   
  Her : no please, I have been kinda in a bad mood irl and sorry if I took it all on you. I do like you and the stuff you do.  
  don’t stop commenting. I mean some I do repeat some of your comment were harsh. your comment on the barber chair felt like you were ganging up on me and really hurt my feelings. then you came in here and say that I’m glad you get rid of it. that’s something i really like. of all the crazy things I wrote why this?  
  well it seems that you made up your mind and I will be really sad if you stopped commenting.
   
  Me : well i cannot be rude and just ignore you. that comment on the barber chair was aimed toward that user not directly at you. as I was giving him something to look forward to knowing your creative work.  
  and about the other thing, if you just asked me [of all the crazy things I wrote why is this distracting ?] in the first place I would have explained and give you my feedback.  
  I wrote a brief feedback why i found that aspect distracting.
   
   
  then she posted in her journal that she needs some time off.
   
  few weeks later that incident with that “self-righteous dA police” happened and she deleted her account.
   
  the entire conversation happened in the comment of the final part of her story. but she deleted her account. so I we cannot link it.
   
  Now that she left. I kinda lost interest in making the stuff I’ve been doing in my DA account. And posted all my unfinished stuff .  
  except for 2nd part of the mechanical Nursery. I didn’t want to upload unfinished story.

Suppose we have an AI whose only goal is to make as many paper clips as possible. The AI will realize quickly that it would be much better if there were no humans because humans might decide to switch it off. Because if humans do so, there would be fewer paper clips. Also, human bodies contain a lot of atoms that could be made into paper clips. The future that the AI would be trying to gear towards would be one in which there were a lot of paper clips but no humans.
