I feel for the comics sake Marble will be fine. A little tension and distress, but in the end I don’t think we’re are going to get another Mascara type character with physical disabilities due to a traumatic event. But then again I could be wrong. Only time will tell.

I meant tens of minutes for there to be absolutely zero chance of recovery even if the neurons could be revived, as once synaptic connections wither away, even reviving the neurons would not fix the brain damage. There are always exceptions depending on the temperature of the brain (influenced by an extremely cold lake, perhaps), the metabolism of the person, how much oxygen they have in their blood, ect. Irreversible brain damage starts after only a few minutes without oxygen in most cases, but again that still depends on a huge number of factors.

Last I checked, the human brain is beyond saving after a few minutes’ anoxia, ten or so at most. Hypothermia extends the time frame somewhat, though.
The longest I’ve heard of someone surviving without air was somewhere in the 45min range (IIRC), but that person had fallen through ice and the water they drowned in was very near freezing, so they were close to suspended animation…
No idea for how long equines can suffocate without dying, but I’d assume anything sapient can’t survive much longer than humans. Brains do take quite a lot of oxygen to operate.

I’m pretty sure the only thing his cum can’t cure would be brain death. If the synaptic connections themselves are dead, there is no way to reverse it. Even in fiction, that’s where I draw the line.
However, I doubt she was underwater for that long. It would have taken tens of minutes for her brain to be so dead that nothing would be alive.
Feel free. So far, though, Anon’s cum has acted akin to a transformational, liquid Senzu Bean. And if they can use one to fix Gohan’s broken neck (which i think normally equals death) then i’d believe about anything.
Considering that Anon’s Magical Cum (AMC) doesn’t exactly have revivification properties, I’d rather remain numb to the fact that our Marble’s wearing a fine set of plot armor.
