Ok Wind Whistler is my favorite character in G1 so I have to make a bit of a correction here, while calling Wind Whistler nerdy is not wrong per say, she is not a nerd in the sense of Twilight or Moondancer. She is almost literally pony Spock.

It was a spin off after the first OVA came out, that had like two or three short stories in AIC Comic Love, then the magazine was canceled and the manga with it :(
 
But it was enough of a hit on my psyche that I did a ton of fan art of her.
 
The manga was black and white, but I just assumed she’d have shock red hair like Ryouko.

This is actually Ryouko’s younger sister in a different storyline by the same artist. Basically the same personality as [Ryouko + Ryouko Zero] from the original OVA (not the subsequent stories) but less control over her powers and a little bit more unpredictable.
 
Plus full body tattoos and +10 to random deaths of civilian bystanders.

Um, I’m sure lots of people who draw rule 34 also include porn of shows they liked even when they were kids. Lots of rule 34 artists draw porn of cartoons from the 90’s and many of them are in their 30’s, which must mean that they were kids when they first watched them. I see it all the time on FurAffinity. It’s really not as unusual as you think it is.
 
Hell, I had a cartoon crush on Fifi la Fume from Tiny Toons when I was a kid; I would totally draw rule 34 of her and it wouldn’t “ruin my childhood” one bit.
