“Ableism” is why we don’t have Derpy. A much loved character by the entire fandom that a few people wanted to censor because of her disability.
 
Using “autism” at every turn just makes you an uneducated douchebag but calling for “ableism” is just another niche term used to pretty much shut people up because it’s a “bad things to be” in nowadays labeling society.

It’s because shitposters on 4chan use autism as a “Space Age” way of calling someone retarded, which many places have banned. I have friends with autism, and I really don’t like the way channers use it.

No, it’s a trilby. Fedoras have wider brims and don’t curl up as much in back.  

 
Pony related, the trilby is named after the Countess Coloratura character in the original story of Svengali. Fedoras and trilbys were both originally womens’ hats, and only caught on as mens’ hats later. “Rarity Investigates” was doing fedoras right, as you would expect Rarity to.
