I actually have had some how-you-say “mentally challenged,” and/or autistic friends before, and what you say is a complete insult, and ignorant assumption to all of them.  
As honestly they’re some of the nicest & friendliest people I’ve known. I’ve also known so-called “normal/sane” people whom have acted way more socipathic, have had bad tempers, and have had less impulse control.  
Your assumption that all autistic people are violent/horrible people is very nasty, and close-minded, as well.
 
So gatta say, I disagree. Autism does not make somebody an A-hole. The way somebody behaves, makes them an A-hole.  
This is also why I hate it when some people try to use, “but I’m autistic” as an excuse for their bad behavior, as well.

Autism is literally directly linked to SIGNIFICANTLY higher rates of violent and sexual assaults.  
Autists have no impulse control. Somebody with no impulse control can very commonly be referred to an “asshole”
