@Badumsquish
Just wanted to say this here, since it’s in the description of the linked image.
Adagio Dazzle sounds like a kind of fancy cheese.
Please. We both know Adagio Dazzle sounds like the name of a Stand from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure! Sure, they’re named after musicians, songs, and albums, but COME ON!
Just strike a manly pose and shout “AAAADAGIOOOO DAZZARRRUUUU!!!” And you’re pretty much on your way to being a JJBA voice actor.

As Badumsquish pointed out, it’s actually Flash as the human mother to a proud pony-based spawn this time. That said…to the best of my knowledge, GMHAA’s tally of offspring (without worrying about who is/n’t canon) goes:
Liquid-shifter Octavia’s clone-progeny
A batch of goo-ponies
A clutch of changeling eggs
A clutch of sea pony eggs
Other Badumsquish dad-moms include both the human & pony Shining Armor, who’s been depicted filled with Chrysalis’ changeling eggs once or twice each, Caramel (clutch of sea-pony eggs), and Big Macintosh (a plunder vine-fathered hybrid foal - a filly, I think, not sure).
@Badumsquish
Given I vaguely recall you establishing in the seapony oviducting pictures that seapony eggs are designed to absorb genetic material from the host, which is how crossbreeding works with land-ponies (or humans) in the first place, I’d argue that it makes sense that Flash’s kids are genetically related to him.
That said, you’re right that given the situation, sirens bred with Equestria Girlsverse humans could come out in different ways. Personally, I think either siren-satyrs or “were-sirens” (sirens who can shapeshift into human form) makes the most sense.

I’ve decided the sirens are like actual seahorses in that the males get pregnant. Basically she sticks an ovipositor up where the sun doesn’t shine and lays her eggs :D
@Brony_Conundrum
Thank you for the compliment! I was worried you would take offense; your version was hot too, but I’ve just been haunted by the scenario of Flash as a shared lover/broodmother between the three sirens ever since I saw the Aria & Sonata reprints of the prequel.
@darknessRising24
Well, to be honest, I’ve actually been thinking of an erotic slice o’ life piece revolving around Flash and his hippocampi waifus, complete with at least one birthing and impregnation/reimpregnation scene, but I just haven’t been able to figure out where to put it if I did write it. Plus, kind of stuck on what the kids look like.
There were days when Flash Sentry could only look back on his life and marvel at how incredibly freaking weird it had gotten. Ever since the ponies had begun coming through from Equestria. But then, there was a difference from chastely dating first one unicorn and then another, and becoming the lover of three Sirens.
He knew they wouldn’t understand - not Sunset, nor those girls she had befriended. They would accuse his lovers of bewitching him, of using some lingering siren hex to warp his mind. After all, how else could they envision a human man being willing to make love to three sirens in all their glory? To give himself to the passionate embrace of those eerie, magnificent piscine horse-snakes and let them worm their long, tentacle-like ovipositors between his thighs to lay their eggs in his belly?
But Flash had done just that. He’d been scared at first, but Adagio - first to take him, as was her right as pack leader - had been gentle and sweet, tender as only loving caution could make her. Her eggs had been the first to fill his stomach. Then Aria’s, more confident and straightforward in her coupling, rougher but still questing for his affectionate embrace. Then finally Sonata, sweet and excited; they hadn’t thought he could fit any more, his gut bulging with eggs and siren-slime, but he’d made her fit, and she’d rewarded him by licking and sucking every part she could reach.
That had been over a fortnight ago, and he had grown fast since then. There had to be at least half a dozen little siren half-breeds squirming around inside of his stomach now, belly bulging into a taut dome of sensitive skin. Every writhing motion from inside was ecstatic, more than payment enough for the lethargy and those early days of nausea as he had adjusted. His girlfriends couldn’t get enough of it - human or siren, they were forever wrapping themselves around him and stroking his tummy, giggling as they felt the hatchlings chase them about in response. Truth be told, Flash couldn’t get enough of it either.
Today, it was Adagio’s turn to “nursemaid” him, in reality an excuse to lounge around in bed with him and nuzzle up to his ever-growing midriff. Their little pack was going to get bigger any day soon, and that was where Aria and Sonata were; off hunting down whatever they might need for their first brood… but, almost assuredly, not their last. After all, they weren’t even sure whose eggs had taken; if they were going to be a proper pack, then Flash had to do his duty and have at least a few broodlings by each of his girlfriends.
Being a househusband wasn’t exactly what Flash Sentry had expected from life. But, he certainly wasn’t inclined to fight his duty, not now that his sirens had chosen him.
It felt so strange… and yet, at the same time, so, so good. Flash bit his lip as he placed a hand on his round, writhing stomach, feeling his half-dozen kids moving about beneath his touch. As he moved his hand across the taut, stretchmarked skin, the bumps beneath seemed to follow, as if they were giving chase. He let out a soft moan at the sensation–again, so positively alien, and yet so positively delicious.
Laying at his feet was the mother… father…? Whatever. At his feet was Adagio, the siren who had done this to him. When they’d first “met,” as he’d felt her jam her ovipositor up his ass, he’d thought he was done for. But as it turned out, life with her wasn’t nearly as bad as he had feared. In fact, he’d dare say she’d compensated him quite nicely. She’d held his hair during his morning sickness, given him plenty of massages and pampering… and of course, lots and lots of cuddles. Yeah–all in all, this wasn’t so bad.
And it was a good thing, too–Adagio had told him that she felt that six kids wasn’t nearly enough. She wanted a couple of dozen, at least. Well, with how smoothly his first pregnancy was going… yeah, Flash figured he was up to the challenge, easy.
