She looks perfect. It’s not that weird, plastic-y SFM style that we’re so used to seeing. The matte finish to her and the shading used really pull it all together and make it look show-accurate while still adding that extra dimension.

Have you tried the approach where you make a super simple soft body (like only 4 or 5 vertices) and use the motions on that to drive an armature? That can be surprisingly powerful.

Very good weight and bounce. She looks like she is straining to keep that huge smile, but that is what I think you are going for. Also, your physics (manual or simmed) on the little bits of tail and mane are impeccable.
