I doubt even Twilight’s intelligence should be at the very top, high definitely but not top given that sometimes her social skills are not very polished yet.
 
Overall, this kind of charts are just too hard to make, not to mention it mostly asigns ranks rather than actual measurement given that there’s always one with 1, one with 2 and so on.

You’re underrating Rarity’s strength. We’ve seen her hip-check other ponies and send them flying, and she’s a proven brawler, even if she’s too lady-like to engage in such vulgarity unless it’s demanded.

Pinkie Pie keeps insanely meticulous records on hundreds or even thousands of ponies and can recall specific details about people from memory. If she seems simple-minded, it’s because she’s putting on an act.

Fluttershy is extremely strong for a pegasus, she just doesn’t use it because it’s not in her personality to be hyper-aggressive. In Putting Your Hoof Down, she overturns a fully-laden garbage cart by simply kicking it.

Pinkie tends to be quite fickle in her intelligence depending of the episode, thought I agree she’s smarter than she looks.
 
Rainbow however is a damming case, as she’s far from stupid, but apparently being an underachiever at school seems to mean that one is stupid here apparently. She does have to have skill at quick thinking and making indy ploys, she can easily read her environment an even learn from it, and compared to Twilight and Pinkie she does have some common sense when her leeroy jenkins tendencies and ego doesn’t take the better of her.

In the Dragon Quest episode (s02e21), it’s shown that Fluttershy is stronger than Rainbow Dash.

I have to disagree with you on Fluttershy’s Psychical Strength This is a mare who can go all Chiropractic on a full grown bear, something that has to take considerable strength. given her size compared to the bears.
