Thank you for the advice and, once more, thank you for your kindness, you are quite a kind person to help a stranger whom you know nothing of, and as a side note, I imagine Darkest Lunar Flower will be quite pleased at seeing your helping a person with their emotions( as I imagine Luna herself would). You are such a nice person, I just wish I had a way to show you I appreciate your advice, but I can think of nothing other then a simple thank you, but I want to do something more.

I suggest writing in it twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening before bed. In the morning you can perhaps write about the dreams you had as well as plans you have for the day. While at night you can write about things that happened during your day and how they made you feel.

I do not Imagine it would be hard, but advice is always helpful, so I ask you, do you have advice about how I should conduct my journal writings, if there is any method as to how it is done?

You’re welcome. And thank you for your compliments.I’m glad I was able to help you. Since you don’t have a quiet place of your own for now, then writing your feelings down in a journal is definitely the best thing for now until you have your own special place.

Thank you for the advice, this seems to be a good idea, the only problem I will have with implementation is finding the quite space, for I have no room to call my own, but once I do have my own special alone place, I will be able to use it fully. I thank you for the advice, You are quite a Kind person, I think it would be nice if I could meet you in person, but that is very unlikely. Once More, Thank you for your advice and kindness.

Meditation can be defined as a practice where an individual uses a technique, such as focusing their mind on a particular object, thought or activity, to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state.
 
It’s basically a time where you just think to yourself and reflect on things in a peaceful environment. It’s often something spiritual but even non-religious people can meditate. You can think about anything really. I recommend doing it alone in a quiet place (but if you want, you can listen to music, an audio book, or meditation related audio). I find it a great way to de-stress and evaluate things.
 
It’s great because like the journal example I also brought up, you can use logic with it as well. So if you’re looking for a nice way to help balance between logic and emotion, those two options are a way to balance the two.

I just hope Tia and Loon stay single in the show :)

Thank you for your words, and you have no need to be sorry, it happened so long ago and there was nothing you could have done, not knowing I exist, so it was out of your control, and there is no need to have bad feelings over things which cannot be controlled. Perhaps as I continue living I can find a balance between emotion and logic, have you found your balance?

Yep, that’s the exact gist of it. I’m sorry that happened to you when you were growing up. It’s true that sometimes emotions can be destructive when not controlled properly but for the most part emotions and sharing them is often a good thing.

So if I understand, Pride, when Used properly, is a means for helping others care about themselves, to help them think and realize they have value as a human being, A noble goal and one which should be accomplished, but Even if I do appreciate it for that reason, I never can fully appreciate or Understand it, since when I grew up, I was taught that emotions were inherently destructive, being used to justify evil actions against others, and that it was through the control of emotion and their replacement with logic which allowed for moral goods, these were my lessons in childhood. There might be some values in emotions, But I would not know, Since I have difficulty in experiencing emotion.

Pride (as an emotion) can sometimes be a negative thing (e.g. “pride comes before the fall”). But that’s usually in the cases where a person is self-absorbed and selfish. In other cases, like when people use it to help themselves and others be themselves and help their community, it can be really helpful.
 
It’s kinda hard to explain but the best way I can describe pride exists to help people love themselves. And considering how some people are insecure or afraid about being themselves, these pride movements can help people overcome their insecurities and feel good about themselves. It can help them be healthy and happy. And that’s why it’s important to so many people.

I suppose I do understand the part of showing the people who discriminate against them for their sexuality, I see where it applies there, but I have never been the strongest with emotions, I always keep them subdued, and seeing as Pride is an emotion, I do not understand it or it’s purpose in people’s lives, for I cannot think of one. Perhaps you can explain, if you are willing of course.

You’re right. A person’s sexuality doesn’t affect merit, personality, intelligence, etc. But using your example with a person’s pride in their country, a person’s pride in their sexuality is often a big part of their lives.
 
Not to mention quite a lot of people who aren’t straight are discriminated for their sexuality. The fact that people do celebrate pride in their sexualities works as a means to not only fight that discrimination but also a means to find friends in the LGBTQ community who may have similar experiences they have gone through. For a lot of LGBTQ people, having and celebrating pride in their sexuality is empowering and helps them emotionally.

Luna looks really happy and cute in this picture, I just do not Understand, and I hope I do not come off as rude or insulting for that is not my intent, why a person would take pride in their sexuality, for in my mind, it is similar to taking pride in which country one was born in; it does not affect merit, or personality, or ability or intelligence or strength or any other character trait, and unless I have misunderstood Sexuality is not something which can be chosen, much like a person’s birth country, so nothing is done to acquire it, and this might be my minds standard here, but to me I give value to things dependent upon how challenging it was to achieve. If my wording turns out poor and insulting, I apologize in advance, that is not my intent, I just do not understand the concept of pride in sexuality.
