While I’d love to see all the mane6 done as lamia, I think a little variety would be in order.
 
Twilight Sparkle: lamia (as shown)  
Fluttershy: I normally pin lamia on Fluttershy if only because of her stare, but I guess we could go with perhaps a phoenix griffon (and accidentally incinerating herself whenever she gets scared)  
Rainbow Dash: got a soft spot for Rainbow as a windigo  
Pinkie Pie: funnily, for all the ponies I’ve turned into changelings, Pinkie Pie is the one I’d really consider enjoying it to its fullest  
Applejack: really can’t beat Timberjack  
Rarity: siren, definitely a siren
