For the most part they do. They show affection through physical contact like cuddling and coiling, and it’s not even odd for perfect strangers in their species to snuggle up with each other. It’s instinctive because of their desire to share body heat :D

Badum’s lamias all seem rather affectionate (especially Kalianne, the one Twilight species-swapped with), and you are probably warm-blooded, so I don’t see why she wouldn’t.
