This was the original description for Teen Titans Go before it aired.
Character-driven comedy is the order of the day as this new take on the super hero series focuses on the funny business that happens between saving the world and living together as teenagers without adult supervision. They may be super heroes who save the world every day … but somebody still has to do the laundry! With the ability to turn into any animal or detach their robotic limbs, teenage pranks reach a whole new level. And even super heroes have to take Driver’s Ed. to get a license – especially after wrecking the Batmobile on an unauthorized joy ride to impress a girl!

You guys say as if the so-called Calarts style was bad. I know I’m not the one to talk because I love Gravity Falls, Star vs. the Forces of Evil, Steven Universe and Gumball more than almost anything else, but don’t overreact.
They had right for both.
Cause both were out of the fucking blue.
Now did it have to get as extreme as it did for Season 3’s Finale? No. But that happens in some fandoms.
EQG was entirely understandable though cause it suddenly was just “HUMANS? The hell?!”
Jarring shit like that, and this.
It’s perfectly understandable to pre-judge.
Hell, I even like fucking Equestria Girls, something more than half the fandom hated at some point.
Not sure where those numbers lie at this point, but I know a fuck ton of the fandom hated it, but I gave it a chance after reading Sunset Shimmer’s comic.
I even found Rainbow Rocks overrated.
But I loved Friendship Games.
Are people who hate EQG not true fans?
That’s basically how stupid this fucking argument is.
No, it’s never accurate no matter how bad it gets.
You can’t call someone not a true fan just cause they don’t wanna watch ONE thing involving it.
I think this looks horrid. I might give it a chance, but it’s my opinion that this looks absolutely horrid in comparison to FIM’s design and also the description given to it.
So am I not a true fan? Despite coming from the background of being a typical MLP hater who fell in love with the show?
I sat through all 9 seasons and enjoyed them mostly, unlike most of the fandom who got extremely judgemental over the years.
But lord be, I don’t like one thing and I’m apparently no longer a true fan.
