Anna and Elsa qualify even though they’re sisters especially the former who wish to return as to what it’s like in the childhood before the accident. Ultimately at the end, after Elsa discover how to control her powers, she realize she could become close to Anna without harming her and ultimately managed to become best friends with her in the end.

The 13th year friendless isolation/loneliness/eternal winter accident would’ve been saved in canon if only Grand Pabbie explained himself better, if only King Agnarr and Queen Iduna introduced Anna to Elsa’s ice powers 3 days after the traumatic childhood accident. If only Agnarr and Iduna realized the ‘conceal don’t feel’ thing was useless. If only Elsa was free to open the door for Anna even if she was frightened so they’d realize love’s the answer.

Both Anna and Elsa make sacrifices to protect each other, however, in the end they learn that it’s their love that keeps them together and safe.

They’re more as friends than sisters.

Snow Queen Ingrid and Helga (ABC’s Once Upon A Time) would’ve raised Elsa and Anna.

King Agnarr’s and Queen Iduna’s deaths were undeserved fatal fates.
