Long story short, he got into a flame war with himself once (he wasn’t even sockpuppeting as anon or using an alt account), so we banned him for a day, and ever since then, he’s been trying to overthrow the site’s staff in a one-man coup that doesn’t make any sense.
 
TL;DR - he’s insane.
