Because EA refused to put their games on Nintendo consoles soley because they are butthurt.
 
EA wanted to install Origin to the Nintendo Network and have complete control over the online and Nintendo told them NO, so EA retaliates by bad mouthing Nintendo and refusing to support their systems.

Meanwhile, at Activision… Nothing, really.
