That’s pretty awesome! I think she has a really good feel for the characters. I hope her episode is good!

I guess. I was expecting a reveal where Braze was fake and was devised by Pinkie but then it never came and I was like: ‘That really happened? O-okay I guess.’ His existence just seemed to come way out of left feild.
 
But yeah he is kinda funny in a ‘seriously?’ sorta way.

She probably didn’t know about Magic Duel while writting that book. Otherwise she probably wouldn’t have used Trixie.

To be fair, nowhere in the book does it say that Trixie is trying to corrupt Twi. Gilda is but it’s never mentioned about Trixie. I guess I give that the benefit of the doubt because whenever I heard the idea of a fanwork with a Gilda/Trixie team up, I always pictured it being Gilda taking advantage of a looking for friends Trixie so it’s easy for me to see it as that.
 
That said the book does have some pretty severe pacing issues and is definitly, aside from her novelization of EQG1, her weakest. That said I think the rest of her works are pretty good. Aside from Braze because….well do I even need to explain? The book was alright till he showed up though.

As one that has zero problem with anything relating to Flash, it’s unfortunate that the “handsome Flash Sentry” line is not GM’s work and thus unlikely to be in an episode.

I actually feel that the hate for Katie Cook ain’t going to go away so soon,no matter how good the comics will get.

As a reminder, this person:

And other continuity goof-ups, which is why even with Meghan confirming that Cadance’s backstory in the “Crystal Heart Spell” book is canon, I refuse to believe so given the many continuity holes in that book and other books of hers.

Y’know I’ve never been sure where the idea of those two as dicks came from. I’m probably missing some big event where they pretty much did the verbal, or written, equivilent of kicking puppies into rivers but from my perspective it suddennly went:
 
‘‘Hey I got a message that basically read ‘Ohmygoshyounotruspactmifanficitonsyubadwriter’. Weird, huh?’’
 
‘‘And you didn’t immedietly take it on board? You should’ve never been broken into this business.’’

Maybe her Episode is based on one of her books and that’s why she’s credited as a writer. I must admit it could be interesting to see book characters like Charity or even Braze animated.
