I wish NV went back to the Fallout 2 way of how the NCR ran at times, like enlisting super mutants in their army.

But, they’re Romans, Gay is fun on a bun for them.

Caesar’s Legion was such a short term faction in the game.  
They make women slaves, they abandon modern medicine, have zerg-like tactics, and are just so backwards.
