No exaggeration here. Most stories involving Zeus in Greek myth either involve having sex with women/relatives/creatures as an animal/himself or throwing a tantrum and unleashing his wrath on the mortals and/or relatives- sometimes at the same time.
 
If I remember correctly, he raped a woman while taking the form of a swan.

actually the ragnarok give the norse gods license to act like dicks but they usually don’t so the greek pantheon is like the stereotypical fraternity in college movies

You might be thinking of Europa. Zeus turned into a bull to blend into the herd she was tending so he could abduct her, but as far as I know he turned back into his normal form when he had sex with her.  
There’s also Io. Zeus turned HER into a cow to hide her from his jealous wife.
 
The bull that fathered the minotaur was sent by Poseidon to King Minos as a sign of support for his claim to the throne. Minos was supposed to sacrifice the bull afterwards, but he really liked it and tried to sacrifice another bull instead. So as punishment, Poseidon made Minos’ wife fall in love with the bull.
