so far it is not too bad. think applejack would have been able to take care of them herself, and zecora HAS to be able to take care of timberwolves to live in the everfree, but so far it does not seem so off.
 
the problem is however is WHAT is causing the everfree to freak out. cause the tree of harmoyn is supposed to suppress the everfree forest. and it has all of its power returned to it now.

it depends on how accurrate the description was. normally i would think the tree of harmony would be dealing with this, but if it is something driving everfree beasts out into ponyville, then perhaps it is something else.

It’s really awfully familiar. The only thing that’s missing is Discord. Still I’m trying to be fair and not going to judge this comic by the first three pages so I’m going to wait until more pages showing before deciding whether to buy it or not. Maybe it starts similar but then takes a very different direction?

Hell, I don’t even download the comic anymore, as it bacame so bad that I don’t even want it for free.

I think the Everfree is really sentient.

Let’s hope Twilight actually becomes USEFUL in this comic.

If that’s the biggest flaw of the comic, I would be very happy. Sure I don’t want another missunderstood, remfored villain but that’s far better than turning another likeable character into a scrappy. Truth to be told, I think the Pet comic was really good, despite the ending.

Inb4 the root of the problem is some angry spirit or creature or something deep in the Everfree who is lonely and misunderstood and the Mane Six convince him to stop by becoming friends with him.
 
And then have him executed off panel because he’s never seem again.

Because we haven’t seen this situation before…  
Seems like they are running out of ideas.
