to be fair, he’s not the one fixating on his sexuality. It’s the rest of the fandom immediately declaring him gay. They haven’t attributed any other characteristics to him, like “maybe he likes working with gems! I bet he’d be great working with Rarity!” or “Man, that guy is really shy.”
If he’d had other characteristics attributed to him first, then you’d have a point. As it is… Fandumb is fandumb. it’ll all pass eventually.
I think the problem is that you’re asserting the show intends for him to be straight, or that adding more named stallions is some kind of signal that there needs to be more straight shipping.
I’m sure the creators don’t give a flying fuck who people ship him with. It’s also sad that you seem to be fixated on straight or gay as his defining characteristic.
We already have Carrot and Cup Cake, Shining Armor and Cadance, Fancypants and Fleur, Haakim and Amira (assuming they’re not siblings), Big MacIntosh and Cheerilee, Cranky and Matilda, Fluttershy and Angel Bunny, and Luna and Pip. Why do we need more straight shipping?

Well, not only are people butthurt by my thoughts, but now they are being immature about it, even the site administrator by calling me gay. More and more Im steering away from this fandom, I thought bronies were all about friendship, loving, and caring, but no, they fight against one another, call eachother names, and argue when someone doesnt like what they want.
