I ship those pairings as well, though I will allow RD to be bisexual for enjoying a few other pairings when I stumble on a good fanfiction or art piece.

And nope. He wasn’t a clutz in his first episode or anything of the sort. He seemed like, well, imagine a male country Pinkie Pie in a way.

I just can’t see them in a relationship at all. The whole thing seems forced. I know opposites attract, but they are way too extreme.
 
Braeburn seemed like a screw-up this season, but I barely remember what he did in the first season. Was he clumsy or something in that episode?

I don’t mind it too much, but if that’s just gonna be his only character trait, then you just lost me as a reader/viewer. I do, however, like the idea of Vinyl and Tavi beings friends.

Yeah, I don’t really use headcannons of others. Most of the time, it’s either canon or spliced with a fun take I make myself.
 
Vinyl and Octavia honeslty doesn’t make a lot of sense, since they live in different towns. Perhaps they would meet each other on occasion, as Vinyl has been in Canterlot once and Octavia was in Ponyville. Granted, in both cases they were brought by others, so no real reason for them being a couple.
 
Braeburn always struck me as the clutzy deputy I often saw in the old western shows. You know, the ones who usually have them stumble around pretty ladies. I don’t know why people don’t use that type of character build for him, or why they made him homo.

I acknowledge they exist, but unless I have to use them, I won’t. This is nothing new to me. I don’t care about the canon of a few shows. I also have this tendency to not follow the popular fandom headcanon. (EI: mostly everyone thinks Vinly and Tavia are a couple….I do not. People believe Braeburn is gay…I don’t. I think Cheerilee’s Garden, Cupcakes, SAM, and other grimdark stories are garbage…etc.

Huh. I can keep up with everything just fine and this is pretty much the only fandom I take part in. Though, given how this is the ‘only’ one I really care about, it’d make sense I’d have the time to.  
That and it helps to remember tidbits when writing a story.

He was a sort of General of sort for the deer of the Everfree Forest. He was honestly one of the more level headed characters in that comic. Really enjoyed him.

Rainbow and Blackthorn I like to ship because their both take charge characters, but he’s more authoritative and would play well with Rainbow character wise.
 
Bluelight I ship because, well, I like to think Blueblood was over-acting to scare Rarity off. {She was kind of a gold digger, or at least would appear to be one.} Maybe even a nice guy out of the eye of the public, that and Twilight and him had to have known each other. He was Celestia’s nephew after all.
 
Flash and Suri, well, I like to think that Flash traveled through Manehattan for a trip, guarding Cadance. During some off time, he met up with Suri. {I’d wager she’d end up something small, like a waitress once she was found out.} He’s awkward and shy around mares and she sees him as an easy way to get by. {And she thinks he’s kind of cute.} It builds from there.
