This kind of shit is what made me do some delusional thinking that Fluttershy’s anger (whether it be her character development or being flanderized because people don’t understand that anger is not part of being kind (see Putting your Hoof Down, Magic Duel, Flutter Brutter and Buckball Season) although it is part of assertiveness) was because of ships. And because of Total Drama World Tour that made me think that because Courtney was a jerk to everyone because of Duncan and Gwen.
 
This coming from a Fluttermac shipper who is saddened at the fact that it will never happen (along with her being kind and having a friend that nobody hates) and fanfics can’t fix anything because it isn’t material to be adapted into TV or film.

Canon ships are either those married relationship or if we know for sure that they are attracted to eachother. We have no objective evidence of Big Mac being romantically involved with any character. His closest one was Marble Pie but it seems that this is no longer a case or he simply didn’t care enough after that episode. Sparity doesn’t count since Rarity was never in love with Spike. FlutterCord would need more hints of obvious attraction since Fluttershy blushing once and Discord getting jealous was not enough.
