@Vergil Senpai Does anyone actually have that? I went looking for it after coming across it on the MLPanalysis tvtropes page and instead came across Digi burning a manga.  
Boy, it’s a good thing he didn’t leave our fandom that way, or he’d be even worse off.

And that the nitpicking comes as a result of that. Dude is like a pitbull on bad comedy writing.  
Hell, it’s been 3 years since he made that video on the spongebob suicide joke and he still mentions it!

Make sense, although you could establish that due to Luna’s social awkwardness as implied on the show, that could fit as to why she wasn’t used to everything around her, maybe she didn’t leave the castle for the time because of that.

I’m neutral with MLPAnalysis, I used to follow Enter, but a lot of people as of late have been critical with him, especially since some says he nit-picks to death. I used to be anti-MLPAnalysis until I watched MisAnthro’s videos explaining his complaints and later on the dedication the community has. I did grow to respect some of them like Golden Fox and the like, but I’m still meh, because the sad thing of Analysis is that they basically hold whatever is thought of the episode by the fanbase, and after the events of Season 3, a lot of members are pretty…split.
 
Although it should be noted this was only with Tommy and Digi, and maybe Drowning in Horseshoes, who have left the fandom (Digi at least on a good term, Tommy on horrid terms, and DIH is mixed since he too did the same thing with Tommy, blaming the fanbase).

@RWB Heh, real shame I didn’t post on Ponychan with a name back then. I ate a couple permas for my ACW commentary/criticism and bullet-pointing. That could have been MIIIIIINE  
 
Hell, to this day I consider the part from the opening credits until the second part begins some of the most horrendous characterisation the show has ever produced. (not writing in general though, that would be SAYS, Princess Spike, and…ooooh now I get where the spike episode stigma comes from!)  
I mean normally when an episode requires an idiot ball, it’s like a soccer ball, but there were so many in that it was like they were playing billiards!  
The only nice things about it were wifehorse and cheesehorse. And some major sunbutt buttblasting! VIVA LA NOCTE!

Well it wasn’t just the redesign. More like the fact that everyone thought of her as Nightmare Moon, that Celestia practically allowed that her sister became Sam Hane, also that it was an continuity error, because in the first Episode practically nopony knew who Nightmare Moon is.  
And of course that nobody told Luna modern speech and etiquette, in what CR thought was over a year.

The treatment he apparently got does sound pretty bad. I did like A Canterlot Wedding. Maybe there are problems, but I still like it.
 
As for my overall opinions on reviewers and analysts, I don’t care about them. I don’t watch most reviewers or analysts (Except maybe Mr. Enter’s MLP reviews, which are on hiatus right now, and the occasional KP video), but I just let them be. Not because I can’t stand criticism of the show, but simply because I’ve defaulted to neutral I guess.

That’s pretty brutal to say the least. He doesn’t seem to act like Tommy or PonyKillerX (An artist that despite saying he doesn’t bother watching MLP because “the writing got stale after Season 1 aka “SEASON 1 FANATICS” and yet does art of the show..), that’s pretty unfair to say the least. I personally was okay with Canterlot Wedding, yeah it wasn’t perfect, but in all honesty, people grew to love Shining Armor and Cadence after Season 2, probably because how they established their characters more and didn’t make them one offs.
 
As for CR, for me, his criticisms were just nit-picks, I mean, I can remember he hated Luna Eclipsed simply because of Luna’s redesign, which Lauren explained was because Luna’s magic was drained by the dark forces that took over her, which makes sense since Season 5 showed Luna with her current design, not the lightish-blue/non flowing space mane that she has now.
 
And then to basically make him ass of himself later on when he “left the fandom” (and I use quotations since he still makes snarkish remarks about the fanbase) is abysmal. I remember seeing someone ask him what did he think about the card game. He could have simply said “I’m not a fan nor do I bother with MLP anymore”. Instead he showed Seto Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh ripping the card in half. I remember seeing one guy argue Chad could have answered this normally, but he was getting into arguments with a tumblr user named DanMan96 (I think…), who seems to be a huge Chad Rocco fan since I too got into an argument with him because I reblogged Chad’s no comment response to a pony tumblr telling him to grow up.

Huh? People are still commenting about this subject? Meh, reviewers/analysts. I’ll just focus mostly on people who actually create stuff and less on people who (for all I know ATM, unless he/they do create stuff) just comment on other people’s works.

To be fair to CR, he was the first “Big Name Reviewer” to really show his dislike for the way the show was turning out, and so he was also bombarded with significantly more abuse than any of the others did. It was only after that he really started to act spiteful and declared himself done with the series.
 
He’s still a jerk, but I find his turn away to be slightly more sympathetic than other ones. It’s really the way he’s continuing to act as an asshole whenever he can that makes me dislike him.
 
The other reviewers who were negative were not AS negative, and thus he suffered way more critique.
 
Do any of you recall David Ker/Animation Fixation/The Cartoon Freak? He was one of the first people to really call out A Canterlot Wedding on it’s flaws. He was never really a big name before or after(partly due to being ridiculously inactive on his blog)… but for a long while, calling someone a “David Ker” was a pretty big insult in the brony community. I was there both to read it and see the backlash.
 
The worst part? He was never in anyway unpleasant or attacked people in any way.
 
I’m also pretty sure he’s still a brony, and I’ve seen him post on Equestria Daily this year.
