Well looking at the map it looks like it’s more to the middle of town than Canterlot High.
I could argue from a city-planning perspective we could say it’s in the middle of town if the middle of town is the oldest part of town, and what’s next to it became the commercial center of town with all the high-rises that was built up in the passed ~100 years.
@Mugen Kagemaru
My headcanon was that Canterlot and Ponyville are twin cities in Humanland, big enough to bleed into each other, with “Canterville” as a nickname for the entire metroplex. Not sure which direction Ponyville would be. Maybe south of here, just across the river.
@AaronMk
That’d work too. An idea in mind for a stupid fic involves the EG world being entirely comprised of a floating island like the franchise-based worlds in LEGO Skylanders. X3
@Cirrus Light
It almost looks like a Hollywood studio. Which makes me think EG!Applewood may be way closer to Canterlot than it is in Equestria, which’d be weird, but not surprising considering the already weird nature of their dimension, lol.
It’s possible whozits was right, that the EG world has all its shit rearranged, that it’s not a direct allusion to Equestria, and therefore extensively not a direct allusion to the United States either. X3
the city of the canterlot Is in the state of massachusetts and in the world of equestria girls is the fifteenth county of this state in the United States (since in our world massachusetts has fourteen counties) it is also in this state where the Williams brothers of Mlp G1 megan molly and danny their names were mentioned in the end of the comic of the fall of the sunset shimmer in a steering wheel thrown on the floor in the flat to the side of the portal in the moment that sunset shimmer emerges of the portal of equestria to the human world
