Believing so strongly that the leaks are somehow fake or that Hasbro will change their minds is just leaving yourself open to disappointment.
 
Meanwhile if you accept that this is the last season and the unlikely happens with the series somehow being extended. There’s no negatives there.

As Chuy Ryu said, Fluttershy’s been canon since Season 1 and Discord has been canon since Season 2. Don’t know what episodes you’ve been watching.

Oh yeah, Fluttershy is totally canon, though given how brief her part was it’s understandable why most people don’t know about it.

The 26 season 8 episode synopses, the full season 8 episodes months before the season started, information on Best Wish Ever, information on Equestria Girls which has all been accurate, season 8 finale sets up what we know of season 9 premiere, lots of Equestria Girls shorts…
 
All of that in the same leak as the schedules and the private emails. Asking for proof is like asking for proof that Sony was hacked a few years ago.

Everything mentioned in the leaks has gone according to plans. All 26 season 8 synopses, Best Wish Ever, the release schedule for Equestria Girls.

People need to stop acting like this has been officially confirmed because it hasn’t in any way.

Personally I think a 10 Season of insanity would be a much better 10 year anniversary celebration for MLP then whatever Hasbro has planned.
