There are going to be a few minor quality checks and that. Nothing too stringent, but red and black alicorn OCs are gonna be a bit lower on the priority scale if I can’t fit everyone in.

- All submissions must be a “safe” rating.
- Any 2D art style is welcome.
- Images should be a minimum of 800px head-to-hoof, 1200px or larger is preferred.
- Images should be submitted either as a PNG or SVG with a transparent background.
- No characters made using a character generator, base, or other pre-made assets.
- Original characters only.
- No human, anthro, or EqG style characters.
- Characters who are not a show-canon species should be drawn in a show-style appearance that is believable to the canon universe.
- Winged characters should preferably be on the ground, similar to the above linked posters.
- Characters should have a believable, canon-esque appearance (no insane clothes, large accessories, etc).
- Characters should generally be posing for the camera and not doing anything too insane.
- Images should either be flat colored or have modest (two-tone or similar) shading.
- If you have multiple OCs, please only submit one.
- Submissions should not have any watermark or signature covering the character.

Perhaps there could be a list somewhere of people who are willing to vector for someone/help them with making oc’s? I might be willing in a week or so when the break starts/after finals.

I was joking around. Yeah, use an alternative color scheme, I’d highly suggest. Here’s an interesting place to go that my friend just linked me, you can play with color schemes there. Try the different modes by clicking the buttons at the left: Analogous, monochromatic, triad, etc, and try to keep free of high saturations - ie, don’t get too close to the outside of the circle. Try not to go past 3/4 the way out, and less saturated colors on the palette are typically better for the body.

Yeah, that’s fine. I’m expecting there’s going to be a mix of already-posted images and brand new images that were drawn specifically for this collab. Overall, we want everyone to be able to include their OC in this picture, not just those who have time/ability to draw one in the next few weeks.

That’s much better! Resolution is a bit small though. I don’t think that’ll be an issue, but if you can get a version that’s at least 800x800, that’ll help out a bit too. It looks like a vector, so if you have the source AI/SVG file, it should be very easy to upscale.
