I think i started watching the show around that time. Don’t remember exactly, though. Could’ve been some time into season 2.
 
I do remember the hype leading up to A Canterlot Wedding quite vividly, so i was definitely a big fan by then.

I’ve been around since mid S3, just randomly decided to watch the show after a lengthy internal battle of the stereotypic view I’ve had back then (which was “everyone thinks bronies are weird so should I”) and my own view which told me “yo dude, the art style is amazing”. I initially learned about the show in 2012, when I saw a couple of guys on the internet that had pony avatars and used ponies as smilies substitude, the art style got me interested but there were replies in that same topic that basically said that ponies were for girls and those guys were weird. Well, I guess that’s also when I learned not to take anything I see on the internet seriously, lol. Worst thing was that a couple of friends of mine also shared that view the haters had and that delayed me from properly getting into the fandom.

I’ve been pretty much around since the very beginning, but didn’t stop being a nameless anon until much later. It’s a buddy of mine here who more or less strong-armed me into coming here to begin with so you can put all the blame, be it good or bad, on him :P

I just finished my piece for this event (The CMCs’ CM’s as one with Twi’s wings and the Equal sign behind it in pencil), and I should have my scanner back by Friday, so I’ll let you know when it’s up.

I kinda wanna have an MLP marathon

I’ve bin watching since the last bit of season one. so Idk if that makes 6 or 7 years but I’m just happy to be here!

Since the deadline is on Friday, I can finish this on the Wednesday since I’ll have only half a day.

art event, super short notice, and theres a badge! this could just be the thing to get me out of my work funk thats dragged it’s self out for bloody ages.
 
Though a bit more forewarning may have helped. Lets have a longest night event (21st Dec) along with nightmare night and hearts warming.
