No.. the optimal way is to put a tiny little ledge in the front juuust enough so you can't just simply move the item forward and it go down
 
But even the slightest lift or it falls down at an angle and it will.. but it makes it MUCH less likely to just simply be pushed too far forward and fall to the ground
