So, aside from learning double-kick at lvl 9, so far it's been revealed that the Shoulder Pikachu in Let's go Pikachu edition has buffed stats, pretty large buffs too if the estimates from calculations are true.

That's crazy, it's basically a mega evolution level buff. If this Pikachu is also able to use the Light Ball then it would basically have 160 base attack and Sp.att
 
The Eevee will probably also be buffed but no one has any pictures of it's stats so it's not confirmed yet.
