I don't mean it fooled kids all the way through. I mean it fooled them at first, straight up until the end where the voiceover says "That looked very... real, didn't it?" and then she says "But you knew it couldn't be true. Don't believe everything you hear". It's that the kids wanted to believe it at first, so by the end of the commercial, they're like "Oh, man! That would have been cool (having a house hippo)!"
