US consumer prices (rent and food) [kept going up](https://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/business/2021/10/13/us-consumer-prices-rose-5-4-annually-in-september/), due to supply chain disruptions such as shortages and delays.

I expect that this might cause riots and/or a revolution, unless if this will lead to massive poverty and corporate feudalism. The Repubs used this to tell Biden that his spending is "excessive".

Some [people on Twitter state](https://twitter.com/CasuallyGreg/status/1448044358054256646) that it will harm the poor and anyone who saves money.
