They're just grifting as usual. The definition "change" was brought up over social media recently (nevermind the fact that it was apparently done in 2018...), Faux News caught wind of more anti-vax/culture war nonsense, so of course they jump on it like a treasonous propaganda network jumps on a desperate attempt to distract from the anniversary of an insurrection they are responsible for.
