None of those are relevant to any sort of "injury" from vaccine. In fact, magnesium and zinc are technically components of most vaccines, as elements of their stabilizers and preservatives.

And a healthy diet doesn't mean diddly squat if a virus overwhelms your immune system. A virus will kill you stonedead less based on your diet, and more on factors such as viral load, strain, infection point, stress levels, age, and overall health level (someone with heart disease is going to be more susceptible to injury and death from a virus regardless of how healthy their overall diet is).

A health nut might have a better prognosis, but if that health nut is a trauma nurse who got a high viral load, and is stressed and tired from her job, it can still kill her.

Lastly, let's break down some facts.

N acetylcysteine should not be taken without approval from a doctor. Dandelion root should be used with caution if you have low blood pressure, diabetes, hypoglycemia, anemia, ulcers, or any blood disorder. And all you did was list vitamins...no mention of how fat soluble vitamin D should be taken with food, while water soluble vitamin B and C should be taken without, or how you can overdose on Zinc and Potassium causing kidney and liver damage.

You cannot just throw herbs and vitamins at yourself and pretend that makes you as clever as hundreds of years of medical science.

Also, they're called supplements for a reason. They cannot make up for a poor diet, as a majority of the compound in a supplement does not get absorbed.
