You're being way too dramatic.
The site won't die just because a few arts will be forbidden as obvious propagandas or attacks against real people.
Don't overexaggerate.
It's one thing to ban all pics of some OC without good reason, and it's other thing to be against obviously bad mouthpieces in art form.
Also, it's physically impossible to be not biased when following rules about such a complex subject.
Every person is a human being, so no matter what you do with rules, some moderators can have personal opinions that would affect their judgement.
It happens to all people.
And it's not a reason to declare the site dead, just because such things might happen.
