Celestia knows how twilight ticks more then anyone, and knows the fears she presented twilight were impossible worries for her to cleven consider, because her manipulations revolved around knowing what twilight was incapable of doing with her hyperdependeny. Full truth is already off the table, unless you want to throw away continuity.
