Isn't "full nelson" a wrestling thing that just happens to also be sex slang?
[edit] I do see that nearly all images tagged with [full nelson](/tags/full+nelson) use it in the sex position context, so maybe it should get renamed something like "full nelson position" to leave "full nelson" for the few wrestling pics?
