So, since it wasn't specified that she was the daughter of Cadence and SA, let alone related to them at all, her story is fan made, which there is no chance of her being the daughter of Cadence and SA being canon. Though, if either the horn or wings are removed, her design could be used as a minor background character. But I would chose a much lighter shade of pink. But the chances of her being the child of Armor and Cadence is zilch, since that part was fanmade, even if it was a guess. Hasbro would never a fanmade theory or backstory as a major plot. Not even for an episode plot. As a matter of fact, No major company does that. Though she Could have been related to another alicorn family. But, the S6 premier just specified that an alicorn birth has never been seen within even Celestia's and Luna's time. And could have also meant that there are no other alicorns besides Cadence, Twilight, Celestia, Luna and FH. I mean, that episode killed every alicorn OC, and it was beautiful.
