Non dude, you can;t use Chomper as you said "we wouldn’t want to cause crossover issues. Mainly, in naming a character from this franchise someone from another franchise" to argue my idea of one based off Grimlock.
 
If that's a problem to be based off another name then by that logic you can;t use the very same name as a character from another franchise.


 
Sorry, I just don;t like it when someone using a reason to shoot down an idea, and then uses a similar idea and that reason does not apply for the second case.
