I'm genuinely wondering what would happen in depth if anyone would do that to any engine. (Oil's viscosity, how the lack of detergents effects the oil passages, etc.)

I'm genuinely wondering what would happen in depth if anyone would do that to any engine. According to what I read olive oil is thicker than even a straight 50 would be at operating temperature, so I can understand it slugging the car down and causing damage just there alone. That isn't speaking for how fast it would go acidic, leaving debris in the engine (no motor oil detergents) or its flash point or fire point (both which are fairly high) though.
