You know i think youtube have a "[decent rules":](https://www.youtube.com/yt/policyandsafety/communityguidelines.html), but the thing that i don't like from that site is that how in unenforceable the rules it self. So no it's not the rule is the problem but the unenforceable of the Rule it self.
