Simple really, it is my personal choice. I really don't think I need give evidence on why I have this preference. Though if you inist, both from personal experience and in learning of that of others.
More, that are just some things you learn slower, even though you may gain what you lack with greater difficulty. Even if they me physical or mental handicaps or challanges.
Lastly, I don't really much like the idea that Scootaloo will be a pegasus that will _never_ fly and much prefinallyer the idea that this is simply a challenge she needs to cover come or that she's a late bloomer asbeing far more positive then saying, "Whelp, sorry kid you're never going to be able to fly. Just something your going to have to accept and deal with."
