Simple really, it is my personal choice. I really don't think I need give evidence on why I have this preference. Though if you inist, both from personal experience and in learning of that of others.


 
More, that are just some things you learn slower, even thoughat you mayust gain what you lack with greater difficulty then others. Even if they me physical or mental handicaps or challanges.


 
Lastly, I don't really much like the idea that Scootaloo will be a pegasus that will _*never_* fly and much prefer the idea that this is simply a challenge she needs to cover come or that she's a late bloomer being far more positive then saying, "Whelp, sorry kid you're never going to be able to fly. Just something your going to have to accept and deal with."
